This is to certify that the scaffold has been erected in accordance with the Work at Height Regulations 2005 (as amended) and the NASC Technical Guidance TG20 for tube and fitting scaffolds.
This Handover Certificate does not indicate that the scaffolding has been inspected before use by a competent person as required by the WAH Regulations.
This scaffold must be inspected at intervals not exceeding seven days and after any event that may affect its adequacy. The scaffold must not be modified without authorisation under any circumstances. It is a main contractor’s responsibility to organise scaffold weekly inspections.
